Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management tool, which will give you complete control over your email mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can set up a new e-mail box account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward e-mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and defend your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming e-mail messages according to specific criteria defined by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and change the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Simply choose the email box you want to redirect e-mails from, then choose the destination email box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your choice to access your e-mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle the rest.
